More donations!

Hey Everyone,
Well we have been up for almost 1 month now and we have raised over $700! So be sure to keep this going! go to www.nwbajaracers.com and donate!

I have some sad news to report. My Dad (Bob) had a stroke 2 weeks ago! He is doing well. He is recovering and doing all his rehad. His physical therapist was having him do some shadowboxing to build up his strength. With my Dad having a stroke too it just confirms how much we need to do this and build awareness for this awful affliction. Did you know it is the #3 killer!

Don't forget to donate!

Fund Raising Update

Hey Everyone,
So far we have gotten a great response to our fund raising. We have raised almost $400 in 2 weeks! We have received donations from all over, California, Oregon, New York, Canada and Ireland. That means we have gone international, 3 countries! I am very happy with the progress www.nwbajaracers.com

We are still short of our goal of $20,000 but we have around 5 months to get there! We only have $18,600 to go!

Again thanks to everyone who has donated to such a good cause!

Thanks,
Tim

Hi All,
This is picture of me at a cafe in San Felipe last year at the Baja 1000. Paul and I came here early one morning to get some coffee and enjoy the day in downtown. This is where we got the idea to race in the Baja 1000 and NorthWest Baja Racers We also decided if we are going to do such a huge event we should do it for a good cause. We thought of our Mother and realized we wanted to raise awareness about the dangers of strokes and raise money to help prevent what we went throught with our Mom.

So join us on our adventure and donate to a good cause!

Pura Vida,
Tim
